URU is 100% handmade in Tanzania. The main gemstone used in URU pieces is Tanzanite. This unique gem of violet-blue hue is native to the land and cannot be found anywhere else. The jewel is left close to how they are located, highlighting the bracelet's unique beauty made from quality hand-knotted thread or natural leather.
