Three Destinations. One Extraordinary Journey.

What if one journey could combine one of the world's most captivating cities, Africa's legendary wildlife, and the extraordinary biodiversity of the Soutpansberg Mountains through privately guided immersive experiences?

Welcome to South Africa.

Over the next ten days, you'll discover the vibrant energy of Cape Town, venture into the wildlife-rich landscapes of the Greater Kruger, and conclude your adventure exploring one of Africa's most remarkable mountain ecosystems. From breathtaking coastal scenery and unforgettable safari encounters to meaningful cultural connections and inspiring conservation initiatives, this carefully curated itinerary offers far more than a vacation, it is an opportunity to experience South Africa through its people, its wildlife, and the landscapes shaping the future of conservation.

At Urth Expedition, we believe the finest journeys don't simply take you somewhere, they leave you with a deeper appreciation for the world and the people who call it home.

Day 1 | Welcome to Cape Town

Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport, you'll be warmly welcomed by your private driver and transferred to the elegant Ellerman House, one of South Africa's most celebrated boutique hotels, perched above the Atlantic Ocean.

Take the remainder of the day to relax after your international journey. Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the property's beautifully manicured gardens, admire its world-class collection of South African art, or simply unwind with a glass of local wine while overlooking the ocean.

This evening is yours to enjoy at your own pace. Your concierge will be happy to recommend one of Cape Town's outstanding restaurants for your first dinner in South Africa.
