Designed for discerning travelers seeking authentic wildlife encounters without compromising comfort, this journey combines some of East Africa's finest game viewing with exceptional accommodations, personalized service, and breathtaking landscapes.

Timed to coincide with the Great Wildebeest Migration, this safari places you in a prime position to witness one of nature's most remarkable spectacles. Depending on seasonal rainfall and grazing conditions, the migration may be found in the Central or Western Serengeti, where hundreds of thousands of wildebeest and zebra move across the plains in search of fresh grass and water. Every year is different, making each safari a unique and unforgettable experience.

Your adventure begins in Arusha before flying directly into the Serengeti, where you will spend six nights exploring diverse wildlife habitats, from vast open plains and river systems to private wilderness concessions. Throughout the journey, you will enjoy luxurious tented camps and lodges carefully selected for their exceptional locations, outstanding hospitality, fine dining, and immersive safari experience.

Traveling with your own private guide, you'll have the flexibility to explore at your own pace while searching for Africa's iconic wildlife, including lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, buffalo, zebra, and countless species of birds and antelope.

This safari is about more than simply seeing wildlife. It is about awakening the senses, connecting with nature on a deeper level, and experiencing the untamed beauty of Africa in a way few destinations on earth can offer.

Upon arrival, your private guide will meet you for your first game drive en route to camp. Depending on the season and movement of the migration, you will be based in either the Central or Western Serengeti, strategically positioned for exceptional wildlife viewing.

Day 3 – Following the Great Migration

Serengeti National Park

Today is dedicated to exploring one of the world's most celebrated wildlife ecosystems.

The Serengeti's vast grasslands support an incredible diversity of wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, buffalo, lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, and countless species of antelope and birds.

Your guide will tailor the day around current wildlife sightings and migration movements, maximizing opportunities to witness large herds of wildebeest and zebra as they move across the plains in search of fresh grazing.

Whether tracking predators, watching elephants interact around waterholes, or simply taking in the vast landscapes, every moment offers something extraordinary.

Day 4 – Full Day on Safari

Serengeti National Park

Awaken to the sounds of the African bush and enjoy a morning coffee delivered to your tent before setting out on an early game drive.

The cooler morning hours are often the most productive for wildlife viewing, particularly for predators returning from a night of hunting. Lions may still be active, cheetahs survey the plains from termite mounds, and elephants begin their daily movements across the landscape.

Return to camp for a leisurely breakfast or enjoy a beautifully prepared bush breakfast in the wilderness.

The afternoon offers additional opportunities for exploration before ending the day with a traditional sundowner while watching the sun set across the Serengeti.

As darkness falls, gather around the campfire to share stories of the day's sightings before enjoying a gourmet dinner under the stars.

Day 5 – Fly to Southern Serengeti & Mwiba Wildlife Reserve

Serengeti – Southern Ecosystem

Following a morning safari activity and breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for your scenic flight to the southern reaches of the greater Serengeti ecosystem.

Upon arrival, continue into the exclusive Mwiba Wildlife Reserve, a vast private concession offering a more intimate and exclusive safari experience away from the crowds.

Settle into your luxurious tented camp overlooking a seasonal river before enjoying lunch and some time to relax.

This afternoon, choose between a guided nature walk, a game drive, or simply enjoying the tranquility of camp.

Unlike the national parks, private concessions allow for a wider range of activities and deeper exploration of the landscape.

Day 6 – Culture & Conservation

Mwiba Wildlife Reserve

Today offers the opportunity to explore one of Tanzania's most fascinating cultural landscapes.

Guests may choose to spend time with members of the Hadzabe community, one of the last remaining hunter-gatherer societies in East Africa. This is not a staged cultural performance, but rather an authentic opportunity to learn about a way of life that has remained largely unchanged for thousands of years.

Alternatively, guests may spend the day exploring the reserve on game drives, guided walks, birding excursions, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings of camp.

The reserve's varied terrain supports abundant wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, lions, leopards, and numerous antelope species.

Day 7 – Wilderness at Your Pace

Mwiba Wildlife Reserve

Your final full day in the African wilderness is yours to enjoy.

Take a guided walk with experienced naturalists, venture out on another safari in search of wildlife, hike to the escarpment overlooking Lake Eyasi, or simply relax at camp while soaking in the sights and sounds of the bush.

This flexibility is one of the unique advantages of staying within a private concession, allowing each guest to shape the experience according to their interests.

As the sun sets on your final evening, celebrate the journey with a farewell dinner and one last night beneath the African stars.
